How to manage chronic back pain

 

Chronic pain affects one in five Australians, including children, adolescents and one in three people over 65 according to Pain Australia.

 

One of the areas of concern is of course chronic back pain, which can really impact on your quality of life.

 

Advances in technology have given us a better insight into how to better manage back pain and a new book called ‘The Back Pain Handbook’ features a number of helpful techniques, exercises and strategies.
